Turkish Cuisine Classics Introduced in Antalya
As part of Turkish Cuisine Week, an event themed “Classics
of Turkish Cuisine” was held on Wednesday, 21 May, hosted by Fraport TAV
Antalya Airport. ü
The promotional event took place at the Taste of Anatolia Restaurant, located
in Terminal 2 of the International Departures area, where traditional
home-style dishes from Antalya were prominently featured.
The restaurant, developed under the culinary vision of Chef
Ömür Akkor, showcased geographically indicated products, sustainable
ingredients, and recipes curated from across Anatolia, offering guests an
authentic taste experience.
Held under the auspices of Antalya Governor Mr Hulusi Şahin,
the event welcomed distinguished guests and dignitaries.
